Audacity of Color Refund Policy

At Audacity of Color, we take pride in providing high-quality, intentional resources that support emotional growth and well-being. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Physical Products (Printed Books & Coloring Books)

• Refunds & Exchanges: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your book arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email [your email/contact information] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
• Returns: We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Digital Products (eBooks, Printable Resources, & Downloadables)

• All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
• Technical Issues: If you experience difficulty accessing your digital product, please contact us at inquiry@audacityofcolor.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Workshop & Event Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before an event may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future event.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
• If an event is canceled or rescheduled, we will offer the option of a refund or credit toward a future session.
