Audacity of Color Shipping Policy

At Audacity of Color, we strive to ensure that your orders arrive safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During peak seasons, processing times may be extended. Any delays will be communicated via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • International Shipping: Currently Unavailable

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Unexpected carrier delays may occur, and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for deliveries. 

4. International Shipping

  • Audacity of Color does not ship internationally at this time.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages. However, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us at inquiry@audacityofcolor.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage for a possible replacement. 

8. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, the estimated shipping date will be provided at checkout. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together unless otherwise noted.
